We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at Aparium Hotel Group. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring that every detail is attended to and that our guests receive exceptional service.

• Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Collaborate with chefs and other team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all events are executed within budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Banquets Manager to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard.

• 2+ years of experience in a banquet or event coordination role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management.
