Job Description

As a BCBA with Sunflower Development Center, you will provide compassionate, personalized ABA services in a supportive, family-centered environment. You will work closely with families to create lasting progress and celebrate each milestone, no matter how big or small.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience with NET models preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
