As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering sales plans and company objectives through building strong relationships with customers. You will consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to details, and offering personalized and unique shopping experiences.

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through making connections, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
