Key Responsibilities- Therapy Services: Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to improve communication skills in students.
- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Direct Therapy: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- MO State Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Missouri.
- Educational Background: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP CCC or CF; Bachelors in Speech Pathology or related field for SLPA.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred.
