POSITION SUMMARY
The Lodge offers a remarkable environment for both work and leisure throughout the year. We are in search of skilled Public Area Custodians who uphold high standards to enhance our dedicated housekeeping team and oversee a small group of fellow custodians.

Responsibilities:
Our Public Area Custodians are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public facilities, guest communal spaces, pool areas, staff accommodations, and shared staff areas.

We seek individuals who are friendly, possess high standards, and demonstrate integrity, having excelled in their previous positions. Both seasonal and long-term applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Dependable and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and determined.

Working Conditions:
The team member will be exposed to various weather conditions throughout the year while moving across different areas of the property. Responsibilities include assisting in training new staff and setting a positive example for the team.

Additional Information:
- Full-time position available immediately.
- Opportunity for year-round or seasonal employment.
- Room and board available for a fixed weekly cost, both onsite and offsite.
- Variable hours, including nights and weekends, with a regular schedule established.
- Healthcare benefits available after 90 days.
- 401K eligibility with company match after one year.
