Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda for four states, each with unique dynamics and challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with the RGM Director, Independent, and other central RGM team partners to drive business performance and deliver RGM value through price and mix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Deliver RGM value through price and mix that is ahead of the industry. Lead the development of annual FOB price, discount plans, and promotion calendar.
  • Analytics: Build insightful and useful monthly analysis of pricing results. Review trends and competitive activity throughout the year to identify additional suggested pricing opportunities or risks.
  • Systems: Maintain frontline price changes, support calendar, suggested price models, and local pricing data (taxes, freight, etc) across multiple systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Analytical commercial sales/finance roles, commercial competence preferred.
  • Able to build positive relationships; excellent influencing skills.
  • Working understanding of P&L levers & value chain modeling.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Data systems (Nielsen, IRI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
