Job Title: Contract Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at TEEMA - Litchfield Park. As a Contract Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
