Spa Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team at Ocean House Management. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and provide a pleasant and comfortable spa arrival experience.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with spa receptionists to obtain guest information and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting and locker room areas, including toilets, showers, floors, sinks, vanities, tables, and other areas.
• Restocking and Replenishment: Restock and replace linens, robes, and other items as necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Guest Engagement: Engage guests in a friendly manner, inquire about their experience, and invite them to return to the spa soon.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior hotel or equivalent guest service experience is preferred.
• Physical Demands: The position requires constant standing and walking, as well as significant stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Regular lifting of 10 pounds or more and occasional lifting of 20 pounds or more may be required.

Working Conditions:

The performance of duties occurs indoors in a temperature-controlled setting. Occasional use of cleaning solutions that require specific handling practices and may omit odor may be required.
