Electrical Quotations Expert

We are seeking a talented Lighting Quotations Specialist to join our team in the Stoughton, MA location. As a Lighting Quotations Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing competitive quotations for Massachusetts Outside Sales Associates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask to respond to different customer needs. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

• Prepare competitive quotations, bid, and submittals for Massachusetts Outside Sales Associates
• Quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms, offering substitute products where applicable
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information
• Create relationships with all of the various Lighting Representatives and Manufacturers
• Maintain organized and accurate files and folders
• Negotiate pricing and availability with vendors
• Constant follow-up on quotations to assist in closing new business opportunities

• Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must
• Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs
• High school diploma required
• Experience in quotes is a plus
• Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
