About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Technician Specialist to join our team at Evans-Wakefield. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Property Technician Specialist will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. They will also be required to interact with residents, respond to service requests, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
  • Responding to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including common areas and individual units.
  • Interacting with residents, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a maintenance role.
  • Ability to safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
