The Department of Emergency Medicine at D-H Lebanon-MHMH is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Specialist to enhance our dedicated team of Emergency Physicians. This role is a per diem opportunity at a premier Level I Trauma Center situated in a picturesque, rural environment.
D-H Lebanon-MHMH is an academic health institution catering to patients throughout northern New England, featuring the only Level I trauma center in the region, alongside specialized services such as the Norris Cotton Cancer Center and CHaD - the Children's Hospital at D-H. Responsibilities extend beyond direct patient care to include the supervision and education of house-staff, medical students, off-service residents, and Emergency Medicine residents. The position also includes an Instructor faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine.
The surrounding area offers excellent educational institutions, diverse cultural experiences through local arts venues, and abundant recreational activities. Major urban amenities are accessible within a few hours' drive.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Must secure and maintain a medical license in the State of NH
- Eligibility for Federal DEA Registration
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Current New Hampshire Medical License
- Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
- Active hospital staff membership
