POSITION OVERVIEW:
In the role of Bartender, you will be tasked with possessing comprehensive knowledge of our drink offerings, including various liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options, while also maintaining the bar's aesthetic appeal. Your friendly demeanor and service excellence will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience. By engaging with guests and understanding their individual preferences, you will create memorable moments that extend beyond their visit.
COMPENSATION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standardized recipes while providing food service as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring all items are in optimal working condition. Exhibit thorough knowledge of menu selections, including liquor brands and non-alcoholic choices, to enhance guest recommendations and overall satisfaction. Process beverage transactions efficiently, including order entry, payment processing, and maintaining accurate daily reports. Mentor and guide Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters, sharing insights on bar operations and customer service best practices. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished in accordance with established guidelines. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary, and reporting any unusual occurrences.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous bartending experience. Experience in a high-volume service environment. Background in fine dining or luxury service settings. Knowledge of premium cocktails, wines, and spirits. Flexibility to work part-time or on-call, accommodating various hours as needed. Comfort working in outdoor conditions. Possession of a valid Pour card for the state of Nevada.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
