Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Service Valet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents by collecting trash and recyclables from their doorsteps to the onsite compactor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps to the onsite compactor, adhering to our company's guidelines and regulations.
  • Take required photos using our mobile app to track service completion and ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.

Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible evening schedule, with most positions working 5 nights a week from Sunday to Thursday. Shifts are typically 2-4 hours long, starting at 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm. Some positions may have earlier start/end times, and Sundays may require additional hours.

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
