Rigger Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rigger Leader to join our team at the US Pacific Fleet. As a Rigger Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of riggers and ensuring that all work assignments are completed safely and efficiently.

• Lead a team of riggers in the completion of work assignments
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations
• Plan and coordinate the movement of heavy equipment and materials
• Train and mentor junior riggers in the safe operation of equipment and procedures
• Monitor and report on the progress of work assignments
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the rigging branch

• 5+ years of experience in rigging and lifting operations
• Proven track record of leading teams and ensuring safe work practices
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
