Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a travel healthcare professional in the Dodgeville, Wisconsin area.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in home health and schools, with a strong background in occupational therapy.
  • This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension.
  • The schedule will be Monday to Friday, with full-time hours.
  • The Occupational Therapist will be working with patients in home health settings for 3 days a week and in schools for 2 days a week.
  • Experience in home health is required for this position.

Requirements:

  • Wisconsin license and DPI certification required
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • NPI NUMBER
  • State License - Occupational Therapist - Wisconsin
