Job Summary
Actalent is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer III to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems.
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve existing processes and systems.
  • Provide training and coaching to shop floor personnel on new processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
  • 5+ years related experience in the Engineering function within a similar working environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Solid Works, and/or ProE).
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lean principles and process improvements.
  • Diverse skills and experience leading projects.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve desired results.
  • Experience operating in high mix, low volume and high volume, low mix production environments.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Good attitude and a strong desire to grow.
  • Ambitious and enjoys hands-on work.
  • Assembly experience.
  • Experience with new facility or start-up, new product, new machine, new equipment.
  • Make to order/configure to order experience.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
