Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Opportunities at UHealth

UHealth at Doral is seeking highly skilled Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team. As a CRNA at UHealth, you will work under the medical direction of an Anesthesiologist, utilizing protocols developed by the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative Medicine, and Pain Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and prepare patients for anesthesia, conducting thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations and screenings.
  • Administer anesthesia, managing patient responses and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Provide post-anesthetic care, ensuring patients' safe recovery and addressing any complications.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient care and anesthesia-related activities in a thorough and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree from an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program.
  • A current/valid State of Florida CRNA License and NBCRNA certification.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, HIV, Domestic Violence, and Preventing Medical Errors continuing education certifications.
