Renewable Energy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Wind Technician to join our team at Basin Electric Power Cooperative. This is a full-time position responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of wind farm equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on wind turbines, including lubrication, inspection, and repairs.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues with electrical, mechanical, and computer control systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with wind turbines, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

• Competitive salary: $40.63 per hour.
