Job Summary

Schneider is seeking a highly skilled CDL-A Van Truckload Driver Trainer to join our team. As a Driver Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our drivers have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and training to drivers to improve their driving skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our drivers and the company.
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and provide feedback to drivers.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • At least 24 months of Class A driving experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
