We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Clinical Admissions Representative. As a member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless interactions and resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate data element
  2. Customer service excellence
  3. Obtain required signatures on legal consents and insurance forms
  4. Performs required pre-certification, credit referral or deposit collection
  5. Maintains positive customer service at all times
