About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care to patients, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Assist with daily activities such as eating and nutritional intake, ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, intake/output, and document any changes or concerns
  • Work collaboratively with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure patients receive comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
  • Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
