Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Alert Expert to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for monitoring alerts and fails in the MAVENT system, identifying the root causes of issues, and devising effective solutions to resolve them efficiently and accurately.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can work collaboratively across different teams (Compliance, Operations, Lock Desk, etc.) to resolve issues in a timely manner. You will have the ability to communicate complex issues in a way that both internal teams and external partners can comprehend.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Alerts & Fails: Keep an eye on MAVENT for alerts and fails, like issues with loan points and fees or compliance problems.
- Fix Problems & Suggest Solutions: Identify ways to fix alerts and issues quickly and accurately, work with other teams to provide suggested resolutions, and identify solutions and work with broker partners and any other external partner until resolution.
- Work with Tech Team to update conditions and/or necessary systems: Suggest improvements to the MAVENT system to make it work better and help avoid future issues, test the system after changes to make sure the fixes work as expected.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Rules: Maintain any job aids or materials and update as necessary, work with Compliance to ensure accuracy of materials and job aids, work with the Tech Team to update conditions and/or necessary systems.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2-3 years of experience using MAVENT or similar software, experience in mortgage lending, compliance, or handling alerts in software, experience with Encompass LOS Platform, knowledge of TRID guidelines and Lock Desk functions.
