**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Lakeland RV Campground. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and residents, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Act as the property liaison, providing guests and residents with information and responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Process payments and deposits, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Check-in arriving guests, directing them to their designated camping site and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Process sales from the general store, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms, ensuring prompt attention to guest needs.
• Partner with the Property Manager to communicate concerns, issues, or recommendations in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and service recovery, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, with exceptional customer service and service recovery skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
• Friendly personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
