Provider Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team in Western Washington. With multiple locations available, this is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with Provider Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and managing chronic diseases. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments.
- Provide routine check-ups, health counseling, and education to patients, addressing their physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, coordinate referrals, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Manage chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, by developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, attend conferences, and participate in continuing education to maintain expertise and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice or Primary Care.
- Valid nursing licensure and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records, medical software, and other healthcare technologies.
