Job Description:

The Property Services Liaison will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their homes and properties are well-maintained and meet their needs. This includes routine home checks, landscaping and snow removal services, general labor duties, and communicating with member services property managers and other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with remote supervision. A valid driver's license and insurability by the company's auto insurance carrier are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct routine home checks to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe
  • Oversee landscaping and snow removal services to maintain the appearance of the property
  • Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, raking, and cleaning vehicles or equipment
  • Communicate effectively with member services property managers and other departments as needed

The Property Services Liaison will work closely with the Member Services Property Manager to ensure that all member needs are met, and that the property is maintained to the highest standard. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
