Job Summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health and be passionate about patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, including vital signs, medication management, and wound care.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care plan.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising physician.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home health care.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 3 months of home health experience using OASIS
  • HCHB experience is a plus
  • Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy, wound care, and medication management
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
