Roustabout Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roustabout Supervisor to oversee multiple teams performing essential oilfield services. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of tools and equipment in the oil and gas industry, and the ability to operate equipment safely and troubleshoot issues in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train roustabout crews in tasks such as trenching, pouring concrete, laying pipe, and building well site facilities.
• Ensure crews have all necessary safety and work equipment.
• Monitor and approve crew schedules, time off, and field tickets.
• Handle customer relationships and coordinate job bids and quotes.
• Assist management with job reviews, disciplinary actions, and crew development.
• Manage equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain job site safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment in the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and troubleshoot issues in the field.
• Basic math skills for common calculations.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping programs.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The successful candidate must be able to lift 65 pounds unassisted and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, sometimes in loud environments. Long work hours, including weekends, may be required.
