Role PurposeThe Operations Support Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency by gathering relevant data, diagnosing issues, and crafting effective solutions. This position involves developing testing protocols, executing tests, and delivering operational insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Research and Analysis (50%): Investigate and enhance operational processes by identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and proposing actionable solutions.
- Customer Support (20%): Provide operational insights to stakeholders, address inquiries, and deliver training sessions.
- Operational Success (20%): Foster organizational success by embracing diverse requests, assisting colleagues in achieving results, and contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other critical documentation.
- Testing and Verification (5%): Ensure operational systems are effective by creating testing methodologies, conducting tests, and documenting outcomes.
- Continuous Learning (5%): Enhance job knowledge through training sessions and by reviewing technical literature.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in claims processing and enrollment is essential.
- Familiarity with Claims 834 is required.
- Experience with LuminX or Ebix is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Excel is necessary.
- Two rounds of video interviews will be conducted.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve various issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must disclose any debarment or exclusion from Federal health care programs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
