About Us

Three Oaks Hospice is committed to providing high-quality hospice and palliative care services to those in need.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
  • Promote our hospice services and programs through effective marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Identify and engage potential admissions in the community to enroll in our hospice services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
  • One to two years' experience in hospice/palliative marketing is preferred.
  • 80% travel required within assigned geographic areas.
  • Strong marketing and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong organizational, people, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regular out-of-office appointments.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on location and experience. Benefits include medical insurance after 30 days of employment, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long-term disability insurance, generous paid time off, comprehensive new hire onboarding, opportunities for advancement, and a work-life balance model.
