Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
- Promote our hospice services and programs through effective marketing and outreach efforts.
- Identify and engage potential admissions in the community to enroll in our hospice services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
- One to two years' experience in hospice/palliative marketing is preferred.
- 80% travel required within assigned geographic areas.
- Strong marketing and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong organizational, people, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regular out-of-office appointments.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on location and experience.
