We're seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team, working on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, scheduling, and design within the design-build construction process.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate the impact of project changes and provide information to applicable management.
- Manage change orders, ensuring they're completed accurately and tracked as required.
- Procure equipment, materials, and services, and participate in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.
- Stay current on emerging trends.
- Analyze and resolve basic questions and problems as needed.
- Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
- Entry-level position.
- Basic ERP skills, including inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reports.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawings.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office products, such as Excel.
