Job Overview:
We are in search of a Lead Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team within the Supply Management Systems Group.

Your leadership in technological advancements is crucial for supporting our client's global strategic initiatives, as technology is vital for enhancing our competitive edge and nurturing a culture of innovation.

With minimal supervision, you will be tasked with designing or refining enterprise-level solutions to address intricate challenges and fulfill complex business needs, either independently or by guiding a team.

Your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs, as well as developing and maintaining web-based applications utilizing technologies such as Angular, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, MVC, AJAX, WCF, JQuery, Microsoft Entity Framework, WebAPI, and Linq, along with middleware and backend components.

You will operate at the highest technical level across all phases of application programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document their requirements.
Architect comprehensive solutions.
Develop necessary functional and technical documentation.
Work alongside the development team to design individual components.
Assist in the development of components, including hands-on contributions and supporting team members as needed.
Coordinate with other IT teams (such as Database Administration, Information Security, etc.) as required.
Conduct code reviews of developed solutions.
Oversee unit testing, QA testing, and User Acceptance testing, while aiding the development team in troubleshooting any issues.

Provide ongoing production support for the entire suite of applications, including timely investigation and resolution of production incidents, both during and outside of standard business hours.

Mentor and supervise team members, both onshore and offshore.

Evaluate multiple factors when selecting a solution design, including speed to market, implementation costs, technical complexity, supportability, maintainability, and the impact on existing systems and processes.

Be available for on-call support for critical issues.

Are you the right fit for this role? We seek candidates who possess: 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior developer or team lead capacity.

Management, team lead, or supervisory experience is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with SQL Server and Oracle, T-SQL and PL/SQL, and the implementation of high-performing solutions in both environments.
Extensive experience with the

.NET stack:
ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, and Angular (C# preferred).
Experience with financial and accounting systems is advantageous.
Experience in supply chain management is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience as a senior software developer, applications architect, or applications systems analyst programmer, including 3 years in project management.


Responsibilities:
The technical expert will lead the application architecture and development efforts for enterprise-level applications. You will develop the technical strategy for specific applications or suites of applications.

Ensure system integrity and stability with appropriate controls and systems, including up-to-date documentation of application architecture and development.

Lead the team from a technical standpoint in application architecture, systems analysis and design, and software programming.

Create technical specifications and high-level system architecture diagrams. Collaborate with business analysts to refine business requirements based on technical feasibility. Develop prototypes and ensure that technical specifications remain current throughout the development process. Validate that estimates in the technical specifications are accurate. Define high-level software development practices and policies.
