Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Current NJ RN licensure required.
  • At least one year of current L&D experience.
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • National Certification preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
