Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities

  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants achieve their developmental goals

Requirements
  • Education: No High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: No experience required- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
