  • Menu Recommendations and Order Accuracy: Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Guest Satisfaction and Concerns: Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaboration with Kitchen Staff: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Education:
