Position Summary

We are currently looking for skilled Tire Technicians to enhance our dedicated team. At Duncan, we value each employee as part of our family, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tire installation, maintenance, and repair services to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  • Conduct inspections of tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
  • Mount, balance, and rotate commercial tires as needed.
  • Repair or replace tires based on inspection findings.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Tire Technician.
  • TIA Certification with a minimum of three years in the field.
  • Familiarity with various commercial tire brands, sizes, and specifications.
  • Proficient in using tire-related tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 100 lbs.
