Job Title: Endoscopy Center Triage RN

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Endoscopy Center Triage RN to join our team at Ohio Gastroenterology Group. As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient phone calls, addressing procedure preparation and medication questions, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and average salaries in Ohio.

About the Role:

  • Manage patient phone calls, addressing procedure preparation, medication questions, and symptom management.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, adhering to office and center policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination and communication.
  • Utilize electronic charting and maintain proficiency in gastroenterology and endoscopy procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gastroenterology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and delegate tasks as needed.
