Job Title: Registered Nurse Clinical Support Specialist

Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Support Unit (CSU) as a Float Pool Clinical Support Specialist. This dynamic role requires nurses who are energetic, flexible, and willing to support the mission of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support three units/skill sets within one service line, with options to cross-over to other service lines
  • Provide high-quality float experience to departments and patients
  • Self-scheduling with unit and location assigned based on needs
  • Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance available for new hires
Service Line Structure:

The CSU RN's typically work within the following service lines:

  • Medical Surgical/Telemetry: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, Emergency Departments
  • Women's Center: Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, NICU
  • Critical Care: ICU, Emergency Departments, PICU, NICU, Telemetry
Requirements:
  • 1 year of RN experience (preferably in service line you will support)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
