Responsibilities:
  • Emergency patient triage and care, including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and radiographs
  • Running in-house diagnostic testing and administering IV fluid therapy
  • Surgical assisting and post-operative care, as well as client education and communication
  • Maintaining hospital cleanliness and adhering to our core values: Fearless, Innovation, Gratitude, Humility, and Transcend
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience, with certification preferred
  • Ability to work long or irregular hours, including overnight and weekends, and rotating major holidays
  • Physical ability to lift 40 pounds, walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during an 8-hour day
  • Visual acuity and fine motor skills sufficient for nursing skills and utilizing hospital equipment
