Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel quality standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Restock linens and amenities in guest rooms and bathrooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a warm and friendly smile.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and linen closets to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic communication skills are essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to stand and walk 100% of the time, with regular bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs safely and efficiently.
