Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Cardiovascular EMA PRN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular EMA department at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Identifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient. Plans individualized patient care while utilizing an interdisciplinary approach. Participates in performance improvement activities. Provides care and coordinates participation that fosters the goals of the hospital's mission and vision statement.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all nursing care.
  • React accordingly to emergencies.
  • Provide accurate and timely nursing documentation in MediTech and Camtronics.
  • Record, monitor, and demonstrate understanding of hemodynamic measurements and valve areas.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
  • Current Nursing (RN) licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing
  • Must have ACLS or complete ACLS training within 6 months of hire
