We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campus Recreation and Wellness Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our intramural sports program, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage game operations, including setup and teardown of facilities
  • Officiate and referee sports, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and sport rules, maintaining a positive and respectful environment
  • Verify participant eligibility and ensure compliance with university regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation in intramural sports
  • Collaborate with university departments and student organizations to enhance the overall student experience
Requirements
  • Must be a registered UK student
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
