Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
- Operate an autoclave to process medical waste, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Load and unload route trucks, preparing waste loads for shipment to our Recycle Center/Distribution Center.
- Manage inventory orders and receiving processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean work area, adhering to facility standards.
- Ensure waste is stored safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience with Excel, Word, and other software is necessary, with 1+ years of related labor and computer experience preferred.
- Ability to drive trucks within the facility is required, with forklift skills preferred.
