Neurorehabilitation Practitioner

Join Our Team:

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients who have experienced brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or strokes/CVA and help them regain functional capabilities. Our neurorehabilitation program is designed to move individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.

You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of dynamic therapists who value autonomy and teamwork. Key responsibilities include performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, regularly reassessing the effectiveness of treatment plans, and attending staffing meetings and family conferences. You will also perform discharge evaluations and provide recommendations for home and community safety.

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Compensation:

$55.00 per hour based on location and experience.
