Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise essential accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
  • Generate financial entries and comprehensive reports.
  • Evaluate accounting alternatives and propose financial strategies.
  • Guarantee precise financial reporting and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee team performance, establish objectives, and facilitate training.
  • Coordinate with external accountants to ensure timely financial reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing accounting practices and U.S. GAAP.
