Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at Maumee Bay Lodge. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive dining experience.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to our guests.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Bus tables in section in the absence of a busser, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, resolving them promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, making recommendations to guests and enhancing their dining experience.
Requirements
  • Preferably 18 or older by start date, with some prior experience as a server in a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, including days and nights.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team and provide support to colleagues.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
  • Familiarity with the menu and ability to make recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
