We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Senior Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our organization's mission of delivering exceptional senior services.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents in all phases of care.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education and support to residents and their families.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
