POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a meticulous and guest-oriented Property Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. Success in this role requires exceptional multitasking and organizational capabilities.

In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring that our vacation rental properties adhere to and surpass our quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting properties for cleanliness, assessing inventory, re-staging as necessary, and executing additional tasks as directed.

The ideal candidate will possess a sharp attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work autonomously. Strong communication skills and the capacity to follow and implement instructions accurately are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct visits to our vacation rental properties to assess cleanliness, identify damages, and evaluate overall quality for incoming guests.

- Monitor inventory levels of essential supplies (such as toiletries, cleaning products, linens, etc.) and ensure all items are functioning properly.

- Re-stage furniture and other elements as required.

- Report any inconsistencies or issues to management promptly.

- Provide detailed information to the maintenance team regarding more complex repair needs.

- Adhere to instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or property management field is preferred; experience in vacation rentals is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in utilizing mobile technology.

- Reliable personal transportation, a valid Driver's License, and proof of vehicle insurance are required.

- Flexibility in working hours and days, including weekends, is necessary.
