Entry Level GIS Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GIS Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a established client on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize GIS techniques and software to assist project teams in understanding, interpreting, visualizing, and reporting on geospatial data and feature relationships.
  • Work under general supervision to complete project tasks, including data development, data analysis, data collection, map production, and similar tasks.
  • Perform tabular data management tasks, data entry, spreadsheet calculations, and similar tasks.
  • Plan and conduct GIS work individually and through a project team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geosciences, Computer Science, or related field with demonstrated GIS coursework.
  • 0-3 years of GIS experience in development, mapping, visualization, analysis, and reporting of geospatial data.
  • Knowledge of Esri Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:

$20.00-$21.00 per hour.
