Construction Laborer - Installer

At A Groundworks Company, we're seeking a skilled Construction Laborer - Installer to join our team. As a vital member of our crew, you'll travel to homes in the local area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loads and delivers materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Performs set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Digs and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lifts heavy objects
  • Walks and stands for long periods of time
  • Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor
  • Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
  • Excellent stamina
  • Ability to read reports, data, statistics, and information on computer screens
