**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Server and Dishwasher to join our team at Chili's. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction are met.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clear and set tables to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests
  • Serve and refill beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Collaborate with the service team to create a positive and respectful work environment

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a server or dishwasher is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

Compensation:

$12-$15 per hour based on experience
